As a member of the association you will be represented by the executive when we move forward with any issues that the Landlord brings to the Landlord and Tenant Board to request a rent increase or any issues that the Executive brings forward for a rent abatement request. SIGN UP PLEASE.
The membership fee is $15 per year per apartment. Not per person.This amount helps us with our legal costs, as well as the ongoing costs of supporting the association.
You can pay your membership fee in one of the following ways:
1 - Cash - please include a note with your apartment number on it
2- Cheque - payable to 500 Duplex Tenants Association. Make sure it has your apartment number on it.
3- E-Transfer - send to 500duplexta@gmail.com. Please include your apartment number in the note
E-Transfer is preferred.
